Welcome to Fedaniele. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION
    Fedaniele is an online store based in Houston, Texas. All products and services are offered exclusively through our website. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  2. ORDER PROCESSING
    All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days (Monday–Saturday). In some cases, same-day shipping may be available if the order is placed early. Orders are typically made to order.
  3. SHIPPING POLICY
    Domestic (U.S.) orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. International orders may take approximately 1–5 weeks depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the continental United States.
  4. SHIPPING ADDRESS
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made. Fedaniele is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. Fedaniele is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
  6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our part. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence. Failure to do so may result in the issue not being resolved.

Non-returnable items include: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, customized items, clearance items, final sale items, grab bag items, and free gifts.

We do not cover replacements for items damaged after delivery.

  1. CANCELLATIONS
    Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
  2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
    If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to reflect.
  3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
    All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time without notice. Fedaniele is not liable for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuation of products.
  4. PERSONAL INFORMATION
    We use your personal information to process orders, fulfill shipments, and communicate updates or promotions. We retain this information unless a request is made to delete it.
  5. MINORS
    This site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, please contact us.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Fedaniele shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  7. CARE INSTRUCTIONS (JEWELRY)
    Avoid harsh chemicals, use mild cleaning solutions, clean with a soft lint-free cloth, store separately, and keep in a cool, dry place.
