business days[monday – saturday]. We strive for and will do our best to
achieve an even faster turnaround time—if order is placed the same day,
we will be able to ship your order the same day.

Once your order has left our location, it should arrive within 2-5 days to
U.S. addresses, and about 1 – 5 weeks for international shipping depending
on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

Shipping Address
Buyers are to provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If what you order is going to a different address other than the buyer’s

within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If we

already shipped before you contact us, the address change will not be
implemented
There is no guarantee for refund or replacement for an item delivered to
the wrong shipping address the buyer had given at checkout. We are not
responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at
checkout.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Fedaniele is not responsible for delays due to customs and import taxes.it
is the sole responsibility of the buyer to take care of taxes that may
apply.

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not
responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Issues with Item
If your item is received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email.
Customers have 24 hours after their order was delivered to inspect their package
and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 24
hours of receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are

hours, we are unable to cancel your order.

payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to
be reflected on your original payment method.
